The Zaher Group had built and still building hospitals and hospital departments locally and internationally. The activity includes hospital projects implemented locally  and Overseas.

The projects included various departments including operation rooms, emergency departments, hospitalization departments, laboratories, X-ray and scanning, outpatient clinics and day care clinics, post delivery clinics and hospitalization, physiotherapy departments, pediatric, construction for nuclear accelerator for radiology, medical gases air-conditioning and generation complexes and more.
